My wife is due in December and we're expecting our first child. We just found out it's a boy and we're researching names. So far, we like Christopher the most. What name suggestions do you all have?

Christopher is a common name... it means "bearing Christ inside" in Greek. You could mix it up a bit and spell it Kristopher or Christofer or Kristoffer. :-)

Variations that are close to Chrsitopher: Christian, Christophe, Kitt, Topher.

If you like the Biblical meaning, then similar names to consider are: (traditional and non-traditional)
Azariah (he who hears the Lord)
Ezekial (the strength of God)- Zeke for short
David (Beloved)
Michael (he who resembles God

Happy naming :-)

Congratulations. My baby boy's name is Aidan (Joseph- my hubby's middle name also), love it. It's the only boy name my hubby and I could agree on. Now pregnant with number 2 and if it's a boy again... we are in trouble, as far as names go!
