Bach: Just about anything by this incredible master! Try Cantata BWV 4, Christ lag in Todes Banden - Easter Cantata: Brandenburg Concerto # 3, BWV 1048: Goldberg Variations, BWV 988.
Handel: Messiah
Vivaldi: Gloria in D, RV 589

Bach: Sarabanda from Partita No. 2 in D Minor, but really anything from his Sonatas and Partitas, they are extremely masterful works of art, show his true genius more than anything besides maybe a few of his Harpsichord inventions.
Handel: I don't listen to much Handel, but from what I've heard, I really like Water Music.
Vivaldi: Finale form Summer from the Four Seasons, everything else is kind of the same, really...
