Yes, eventually.. We as a society haven't got the whole our nation is better than yours mentality worked out of us yet. (not that some nations aren't more stable or "better" so to speak.. but we see those other nations as being beneath us in a way) and until we do.. our power starved egos will always reach to be on top for the sake of being on top... that naturally pits nations against each other.. and is doomed to bring about another cold war eventually.
