Although we are superior species, humans don't always act responsibly when it comes to animals (game hunting, abuse & neglect, etc.), and they usually can't protect themselves.
But with that being said, I think we are partly to blame for our laws (or lack of). Between fear of losing our freedoms and all the crafty ways defense lawyers find to protect the suspects, so many times the real victims become victims all over again throught the justice process.

One because if you take resonsablity for an animal you should take care of it first but then also you have to think that an animal can't take care of themselfs can it work or make money think about it.

Because animals are more helpless. Many humans enjoy portraying themselves as helpless when they are in fact just lazy...in the US anyway.

don't be so cold towards animals i like them and people hunt down animals for no reason so they make more laws...would YOU like it if YOU were being hunted down for no reason?

idk, thats a good question. its just a dog. dogs fight reguardless of human training. with that said i dont encourage it but six years for a dog. i mean we kill billions of chickens anually
