A woman who dresses that way is just trying to get attention, and wanting to be seen as a "hottie". It doesn't necesarilly mean for sure that she is 'easy', but she obviously isn't afraid to give that impression. Probably, if she dresses this way, she won't mind being treated like the hoochie Mamma she is dressing like. If she gets treated that way a lot when she dresses that way, and she DOESN'T like it, then I would think she would learn to dress more conservatively.

Dear Me,
I wouldn't assume this at all. There are many women that like to show off good features about themselves. Some women are simply more comfortable in this apparel. Some women are insecure or are lonely and feel they need this attention. There could be a hundred different reasons, why.
Try looking at the individual. Clothing, for whatever reason, is only one aspect of the person's personality.
If we judged every woman in Hollywood with this assumption...99% would be called easy.

You're trying to make too broad a generalization. There are varying degrees of exposure; a lot of them have much more to do with fashion than attraction.
That said: if I see a woman at a bar known for being a meat market who is dressed very provocatively I'll figure she's on the prowl.

Nope. A lot of young women go through that phase (it's what the media has told them and what their friends are dressing like).
Also, women can and do dress that way to make a point. Some of them are police officers acting as bait. Some are actresses preparing for a role.
There are many reasons why women might dress that way... why would you dress in a suit & tie?

Truthfully, it is not correct to assume anything about anybody, regardless of the way they dress. I know plenty of ladies who dress a bit risque, but are not easy or teases, and who get very offended when someone supposes that they are. Unfortunately, that's how society looks at women who dress that way, and that is something that those women bring upon themselves.

ALL it means is that the woman is comfortable with herself and secure enough with her body to dress how SHE pleases and IS NOT doing it to be "easy" or to "tease" ingorant, hormone driven men. It has NOTHING to do with men AT ALL!!!!!
Take a cold shower, get over yourself and STOP looking at and treating women like they are meat in a market!!!!!
If a woman WANTS sex, she will TELL you. How she dresses has NOTHING to do with "advertising".

However it is safe to assume people will think that of her.
When it hangs out and wiggles she is judged on that alone. No guy sees skin like that and thinks "she is a smart/nice girl."
You are judged on first impression, like it or not. How we present ourselves is how we are perceived. this does not have to be based in truth.

It depends on the person. I have seen both types of person that you mentioned. I have also seen some people that would not fit into either of your categories.
