I think of it as health. Get plenty of rest, drink three glasses of water a day and keep you fingers out of your mouth and eyes, besides a balanced diet and stay reasonably calm, stress kills. Oh, and abstinence until your emotionally mature and have your own income. You know you can add to the question even now, if you want?
