i need to buy syrofoam panels-the kind that they put on houses when they are building them. what are they called and where can i get them.

HD or LOWES if handy. Construction grade TIGHT cellular foam insulating sheet, usually sold in 4x8 or 2x8 and various thicknesses up to 3 inch often. 2 inch is standard and allows approx. and R 3, or better, rating as insulation.
