I need more answers regarding the indication of a chemical change in a substance...an absolute example is "..the formation of bubbles"....or "...release of hydrogen".

What more can you guys give?

Ok theres a few things you can observe:
Gas evolution-ie the formation of bubbles etc-often called effervesence.

The concentration of reactants changes. This can be seen by a change in the color of colored reactants, which can be studied by colorimetry. Also, the number of ions in solution may change as a reaction progresses, which results in a change in electrical conductivity of the reaction mixture. A conductivity meter is used to measure a reaction of this sort.

A reaction where there is a volume change can be measured using Dilatometry.

For bubbles:
Eye is the indicator, bubbles are indication.
Release of hydrogen :
Putting / catching in balloon, when it floats is indication, eye is indicator
OR
Ignite released of hydrogen gas, explosion will be indication, eye will be indicator...
