Yes. You prove it in court. Been tried recently. Proved not guilty.

You might want to be careful. There are a number of people who don't care what is just, or what is proper for our government and just want their way no matter what. They even lie and say that our Presidents cheated to get into power because they haven't a clue how our system works (forgetting that no one complained about that same system and how it worked BEFORE they lost).

Convenient, that.

Oh, I'm referring to President Clinton. He won by electoral college, not the popular vote, in his second bid for President.

Now that I think about it, President Bush has had to put up with the very same nonsense.
