I live in wisconsin and I have never seen an all yellow duck, and the rest of her babies are the normal brown. How did this happen?

Color differences can crop up, depending on the genetic heritage of the ducks involved. Check out the 2 yellow ones at this site:

Ducks are notorious for laying in other species' nests. It could be a different species. Ducks also often pick up a stray baby from a different female. I've seen one female with up to 30 babies following her!

If you're talking about a city park, all sorts of hybridization can happen as well, some of those city park ducks are mutts.

Most likely it was either a genetic mutation or another duck's egg somehow ended up in the wrong nest.

It's just like somebody being born with red hair. It could be that yellow duckies are aa homozygous recessive?
