Your lights have been on the whole night, that means they have emptied your battery. Solution:

Switch off your lights first. Then you need to get someone with cables, open your boot and connect your car's battery to other car's battery. Then the other car starts the engine and you do the same. You only need enough energy to get the car started, your battery will recharge as you drive.

That's the only way to solve your problem. If the battery has not enough energy to get the car started, nothing else will help.

After that you can fix the lights. I suggest you to have a mechanic do it if the problem reoccurs.

Do you mean back-up lights or brake lights?? If brake lights, then the switch is bad. If back-up lights, you have a wiring problem. Try pulling up on the brake pedal and see if the lights go off and
call someone for a jump start.

immediate issue - battery is dead, jump the car get to work.
when there, check brake lights. if on make sure brake pedal is not sticking part way up. if ok, pull wire from switch located on brake pedal mechanism and replace switch later.

if sticking, a little WD40 might help.

Sounds like a dead battery. And either your brake pedal is sticking or your left the gear shift in reverse.
