YES you can autoplay your myspace video - I have made loads of embedded website videos autoplay including myspace and...

Here is how to modify your code:

Add

&a=1

to the end of the flashvars.

So change

flashvars = "m=1625679&v=2&type=video"

to

flashvars = "m=1625679&v=2&type=video&a=1"

Make sure that everything is inside the quotes

I have tested your code with this modification and it autoplays perfectly so enjoy!

You can't with MySpace TV videos.
