There is a travel/tourism company which has invested into reserch into building one on the moon, but there is no where near enough capitol and travel/tourism intrest in it to make it viable as a buisness or a project at this time, and probably won't be for quite some time, it's a future proposition, like the Atlantic tube and the Gibraltar bridge.
