I would say my signet ring .
My grandfather had it first when he was 21(1904) and then gave it to my father the day he was 21,(1926) he had to change the first letter on it.
My father gave it to me the day i was 21(1973) and also had to change the first letter on it.So my signet ring is 103 years!!!
I would be very very sad if i loose it.

If you're talking about a physical thing rather than a person or an ability such as the ability to see or to hear, I would say the photographs and recordings of my parents and grandparents and of my daughter growing up...oh yes, and the Tshirt I bought at the Olympics in 2004.
