Making money by using other people's copywritten image is a violation of copyright law. For an interesting case, see the recent dispute over www.thesimpsonsmovie.com. Apparently, someone owned the website and used it to redirect viewers to an adult themed site. The argument then was that he was using FoxNews corporation's copyright to make money and the website was taken down. A really interesting case.

Yes you will be breaking copyright law. That happens when you make money out of someone elses intellectual property and the characters are likely registered trademarks by now.

Best you can do is attempt to sell them through the copyright owners as fan art, it is unlikely though I believe.

Yes, they are all copywritten characters and if you sell any drawing that you have personally drawn for money, the copywrite holder could sue you for copywrite infringement if you are caught as you did not create the charactor and unless you paid a very hefty sum, are not licensed to market them for your personal benefit.

Hell yes. Those characters are copyrighted.
