Like, how to get rid of the summer's "messiness", you know?
right now my morning and evening routines are messed up. I go to sleep like at 12 every night and wake up at 10 or 11.
How can I fix this routine and start the school year happy and relaxed?

Start going to bed earlier, and for the last week of summer, set your alarm for 7 or 8 in the morning, start getting used to the sudden time change.

Do more things during the day to make you more tired so you'll go to sleep early.
I kind of had the same problem during the summer when I was in school only it was much, much worse. I tried so hard to get to bed at a decent hour but I'd always have to watch the sun come up and when I DID fall asleep I wouldn't wake up until around 1 or 2. It was so unhealthy and made me really sluggish.
I started doing more things around the house and anything I could think of that used some kind of amount of energy. I'd run around outside, climb trees, ride my go-cart (I lived out in the country in case you couldn't tell, lol!). Eventually, I got back onto a more routine sleep schedule.

You need to turn your hours around, so that you can sleep early, and wake up early. Each day, walk and get a lot of other exercise in the daytime. Do not use any caffeine (cola, chocolate, energy drinks/bars, etc) after noon or 1 PM.

In the evening, use lavender candles or incense, drink warm milk or Chamomile tea, take a warm bath at about 8PM, and don't eat anything heavy after 5-6 PM.

If all of the above fails--you might just need to stay up all night and all day--and force yourself to stay awake until at least 7PM. Then you will wake up early--repeat as necessary until you are on a routine.

When do you go back? Here school starts about August 16. So, it's time to start preparing now.

start going to bed a lil earlier every eve and set the alarm to wake you a lil earlier every day and by the time school starts you will be back in the swing of things

just start getting up like u r in school......and u still have a month to get ready
