Yes, it has happened, women have had twins with two different men. They just need to have sex with a couple of different men around conception time.

Yes it is rare but it happens. I actually know someone that has twins by 2 different fathers. She had broken up with one and started dating and having sex with another guy within like 1 week of breaking it off with the first guy(she had known the 2nd guy for years so dont just start thinking nasty thoughts lol) She turned up pregnant shortly after. She had to go to court and have a paternity test ordered and when the results came in it turned out one guy was one childs father and the other the other childs father. The doctors said what had happened was her body had released 2 eggs and one was fertilized by one man and the other by the 2nd father. But as for one child having to fathers that is impossible. Once the egg has been penetrated by a sperm cell there is a barrier that is instantly formed that causes the egg cell to harden(for lack of better word) and no other sperm can penatrate.

A baby is conceived when one egg is fertilized by one sperm. Immediately upon penetration by the sperm, a physiological change occurs in the egg which prevents any other sperm from penetrating.
In VERY rare cases, this has failed. I am not sure if it was the result of sperm from two different men or sperm from the same man, but if two sperm do manage to penetrate the egg, three sets of chromosomes are introduced rather than two (the one set from the mother and one set from the father), and the pregnancy will not develop because of severe abnormalities. Again, this is VERY rare.
A woman can, however, get pregnant with twins and each twin be fathered by a different man. Male sperm can live in the female body for several days, so if the female has had intercourse with two men within several days prior to ovulation, both of their sperm can be present. If at ovulation she releases two eggs, each has the potential to be fertilized by either man's sperm that is present. Of course, it would not be possible if they were identical twins (meaning the egg split after fertilization by one sperm). This is not as rare as you would think.
I am not sure which of these answers is the one you are looking for, as your question was not clear, but I hope I helped!

YES...its not the greatest thing to do but yes it is possible if a woman sleeps with two or more men in the same night and she is very fertile that day and two eyes are released there is a possibility of them having different fathers...I've also seen it twice on a talk show with women that its happened to its really rare to happen but it definitely DOES happy...i wouldn't try it tho on purpose because multiple partners and all that unprotected sex could be unsafe and if a woman was to conceive and catch an STD the child or fetus could be put at risk...

I have heard of a case where a woman gave birth to twin boys and when have a dna test done on them, she found out that each of the boys had different dna's resulting in two different fathers. (I believe I saw this on the Maury Show-Paternity Tests)

I don't think so, just think about it, when the sperm gets to the egg it fights to enter and the possibilities for multiple babies are if more thatn one sperm enter at the same time which is difficult or if after one of them is inside the egg gets split in two or three. Because after the sperm enters to the egg the no space or chance for another one to get inside.

Theoretically, yes.
During ovulation, you can have more than one egg that can be fertilized. It is possible to have one man's sperm fertilize one egg and have another man's sperm fertilize the other.

Yes. However it is very unlikely. The result is twins.

i guess if you released 2 eggs at once(as what happens with non-identical twins) and you had sex with 2 different men, then its possible they each fertilised an egg.have never heard of it though!.
