Tardis "Much bigger volumn on the inside than perception of external dimensions would allow one to assume" so stated the Doctor.

The Tardis is an old (blue) London Police Call Box. Around the rim it states "Police Public Call Box". On each door is a small set of instructions as to how to use the telephone and dial 999.

Police Call Box....
TARDIS actually means:
T= Time
A= And
R= Relative
D= Dimensions
I=In
S= Space

My favorite Doctor is Tom Baker (although the newest Dr. is pretty good) and my favorite companion are Sarah Jane, Leela and K-9.....there was actually a short lived spin off that revolved around Sarah and K-9.
