when someone leaves you a comment on a question you've asked? i never remember to go back and look after i've picked a best answer. then when i do remember, i have to go through 15 questions.

I agree,if someone picks my answer and leaves a message then I like to go back and say thanks and reply if they have said something,but most of the time there is not chance of them seeing it if they don't check back.

I always make a comment or at least say thank you for best answer, sometimes there are several comments on a question.
So yes it is a good idea if you have time to check back...thank you
