Yes, I love the scent of rain itself. In fact, I can tell you it'll rain even before it does. And when it's raining is a great time to cuddle! My all-time favorite thing to do with my sweetie.

In Australia a relatively common large tree for planting in public gardens and on golf courses, etc is the lemon-scented gum (Eucalyptus citriodora). Its leaves contain an oil that smells like lemon balm. The smell in a grove of those trees after a rain shower is simply divine!
