It won't damage your head but you can get a scalp infection from the moisture being on it too long if you do this repeatedly.

It won't damage the head, but it will get your pillow damp and one night when I slept with wet hair I got a cold.

i dought it damages the head. But when i sleep with wet hair, it sometimes is just a little damp in the morning!

Nah, it's fine every once in a while if you haven't got time to dry it.

A good way to stop your pillow getting damp is to put a towel over it, and that helps dry the back of your hair, so it shouldn't be a wee bit wet when you wake up.

So long as the room is warm there's no reason not to sleep with wet hair. I used to do it, but now my hair goes crazy if I do!
