These fishes look similar to tetra neon but has a greenish light flashes instead. The eye red and movement tremendous fast. Overall, to me, they are much more attractive than the tetra neon. Anyone know the name of these fishes?

It looks like a hemigrammus rhodostomus. Better known as a rummy nose tetra. As found in the book Dr. Azelrod's Mini Atlas of Freshwater Aquarium Fishes pg. 369. Hope this helps.
