well, it could be worse. My best friend confided to me recently that she and her husband haven't had sex in over 5 YEARS!!!!! She said he had a really low sex drive and didn't seem to care about her needs and eventually she quit having any sexual feelings towards him.
thankfully our kids came in and put a stop to that conversation - that was a little more info about their private life than I wanted to know.

I agree with you a 100%. There are some women out there who are influenced by anything which effects their "moods" to have sex or not. Some of the excuses are: children, money, work, family drama etc. Women look for any excuses not to have sex with their spouses. However, when the husbands' patience can't take anymore and they find sex else where, those woman post comments on Y!A that those who cheat should dye alone this and that.

There are so many ways for women to higher their sex drives. Why don't they ask the public who've been there what can they do to increase their sex drives, instead of just complaining?

Oh, my gosh! Once a month? And then you pleasure yourself? If my guy just touches his thing, I get mad because that's why I'm there for.

The relationship is more important then sex? And you're just in your twenties? Well, we'll see twenty years from now. If you guys still going to be together!

What my husband lacks in sex drive he makes up for in every other aspect of our relationship. However, I could say that I envy you, having sex 1-2 times a week. I'm shocked if I have sex 2 times a month with mine. Usually, it is just one - and that one time has to be initiated by me! It is just not something that he thinks about. So I do understand what you mean in wanting your husband to want you more - that would be a great "problem" to have.

I've read many complaints about partner's sex drives on here, both men and women. It is not just men who complain about this problem, some guys just stereotype.
I also know several married couples that are not perfectly compatible with sex drive, both males and females complaining about their partner's lack of drive.
I think there are few people who are perfectly matched, people shouldn't expect perfection in this area because there are so many things that affect sex drive.
The bright side of this equation is that at least he isn't a philandering cheating schmuck, right?

Wow, I really thought my husband had a low sex drive....and I kinda think that he does, because I have to answer him over and over again and seduce him into having sex with me sometimes.

but I'd have to say, we're young...but we have sex on average 10-12 times a week...but sometimes more, not usually less.

Twice a week is a minimum for sex in a marriage. Everyday is great, but not realistic. Try for every other day.

Also try to turn him on, or find out what turns him on more. I know you didn't ask for advice but a man that only wants it once a week has a problem that is not being addressed. You need to figure that out and remedy it if you want your marriage to work.
If you don't work it out with him you might end up in bed with another man and destroy your marriage.

1 or 2 times a week is pretty good. My wife and I have sex about once a month or sometimes once every two months. Most of the time I have to please myself. So I would not complain.

We are in our twenties and only go 1-2 a week, we are busy and understand the relationship is more than sex, why are you whining?

You may envy those women, but being married to one and having your affection always pushed away is not so much fun. TRUST me.

1-2 times isn't anything to complain about. There's people who don't do it but 1-2 times a year.

You don't have issues...
