Start building luxury resort hotels with gambling casinos on the beaches and constructing docks where cruise ships could land. Within a year, every Cuban citizen could retire.

Start a war with the US then admit defeat immediately and then sit back and get aid to supplement our already environmentally friendly and organic life...we don't need medical aid as we already have a system to be proud of..we could use more food because it is tough to feed all but we do...but please, we want Americans to continue to not like us as we like the tourists we have and do not want to drive them away...and, America we do need to talk as we are soon to have oil and we know you want it, don't you?...Oh I stoll the war theory from the famous movie, The Mouse That Roared"Oh I forgot, I would give Hugo a villla, I love that man.
