Paul, How about the next morning, when you wake up with a 2 arm coyote ugly? ? Do you know what a 1 or 2 arm coyote ugly, is? 1 arm= you wake up with him/her laying on 1 arm. He/She is so ugly, you CHEW off that one arm to keep from awaking her, so you can get up and escape!!! 2 arm= same as 1 arm, but you chew off the other arm, so you CAN NOT DO THAT AGAIN !!!!!!

While frivolous lawsuits are now the "american way" this style against liquor companies needs to be swept under the rug. Liquor has been helping ugly/mean people get lucky for centuries now. Without it, there would be a lot of frustrated people out there. Work productivity would suffer and the economy would collapse. Even the global economy would suffer. I believe there should be a constitutional amendment barring any lawsuits against liquor companies.

I think this is a question for men, but I have an opinion on expecting someone else to pay for our folly. As far as the tobacco companies, I am fifty seven, and they were called "cancer sticks and coffin nails" when I was a very small child. It did not keep people from smoking and starting, and actually winning a few suits against the tobacco companies. If it does work, please let me know, as I went shopping with my friends and paid too much money for a lousy meal and purchased an outfit that is so totally not me because we all had too many cocktails before we shopped. I should not be responsible for anything, and think I would have had better much better taste had evil alchohol not been responsible. Is it the line called "Idiots Who Want Paid For Being Idiots?" My beloved father died of lung cancer, and even though ads were saying cigarettes were safe, my father knew they were bad for you, as did every adult that I knew. Whoops! People were accountable for their own actions in those days.

I think that is a reasonable lawsuit and not at all frivolous. I mean if you go to bed with a 10, then you should wake up with a 10. The Alcohol companies have been getting away with this injustice way too long. Especially Jack Daniels and Jose Cuorvo, Bvstards.

Not only would that make total sense, mainly because of the advertising they spit out there. You know, they always have the super babes hanging with the regular dudes on those beer and liquor commercials.
I think there ought to be law suits against drinking in public places.
The social damages that are incurred from bars and nightclubs are devastating and harmful to ones psychological health.

Anyone or any entity can be sued at any time, for any reason. The whole thing is whether the suit is successful or not. In the scenario you mentioned, I'd hope for a Judge who suffered a similar experience.

Hell why not? If the cops are going to hold that guy in AZ responsible for the “paparazzi in the sky” crashing their helicopters while he was running from the cops, why not???

Why of course. Only in America.

not sure about that, but look for lawsuits from people who are alcoholic suing the distilleries...gun companies being sued by people who were victims of crime involving handguns etc...
