I want to get into your minds.

I always ask. I've been lost in places where the directions included the statement, "Left at the 3rd cow"

I've never had a problem with being lost, there's been times I didn't know where something (as in a place) was but usually I made enquiries before leaving. I think it's only an old wive's tale anyhow....

Oh its not just men, dear.

My "know it all" best friend does it too.
I often have to use the "bathroom" on road trips to make sure we are not too far off, the beaten path. Since she refuses to use a map as well. Guess the car has a "Divine guidance system"? Thanks angels for a full tank of gas.

i'm not too proud i pull over, i walk into wherever, ask for directions, get where i'm going. I absolutely HATE being lost but this rarely happens i know how to read a map or i get directions first. not a big deal to me.

BECAUSE we get worse information than we have already. I had to take a friends musical instrument repair and they gave me the address of the music shop which turned out to be the wrong street and the wrong number. Male intuition (i.e. discounting anything I'd been told and not asking) finally found the place 3/4mile away from where I'd been told it was.

u really got into my mind, whenever I'm lost, it's too hard for me to ask.
tried to change this habbit but still find it hard for me to ask, I found it easier to keep going in circles rather than asking!

We dont, because if someone asks us for directions and we don't know, we'd just make up something.
