i got flashed by a speed camera and jumping the lights and have recieved the letter of intended prosecution but i was also speeding aswell so will i get 3 points or six for two offences??? speeding and jumping lights???

Depending on where you are, you may get the points, but where I am, If a vehicle is not pulled over and the ticket physically handed to you by a police officer there are not points taken off your record as there is no absolutely sure way of knowing who the driver is. Its just the fine here.

How fast you where going makes a difference. The speed depends how many points. If I were you I would go to court and try to get the 3 point jumping light conviction because you can get 1-8 points depending on your speed alone.

what do you mean you go flashed by the speed camera?if you jumped the light then you will and should get the points off your liscence people that run red lights cause many fatalitys.But if the flash from the camera momentarily blinded you and caused you to jump the light then i would fight it.As fr the speeding im certain you will get the points off for that and you may have to attend a safe drivers course.
