Jose Canseco is going to publish another book. This time he claims he has some dirt on A-Rod. I think that Jose need to shut the hell up and do something else with his washed-up self. I dispise the Yankees and A-Rod, but Jose just needs to stop.
He is so far away from the game at this point of his life, he can't even buy a ticket. He is a has-been and will never get into the hall of fame, or get any kind of positive recognition from the league. Yet he still comes out from the woodwork with a new book that is going to expose some deep dark secrets in baseball....scarry!
To A-Rod's mistake he has no comment on the whole matter. Which probably means Jose has something on him, but if there is dirt to be dug, then make it be from someone who has stroke in the League.
What do you think about the new book and Canseco coming back into the headlines?

I agree that Canseco is an opportunistic jerk and a has-been. But I have also noticed that none of the players mentioned in his first book has even threatened to sue him for libel. My thought is that, if someone published things like that that, if true, could lead to criminal charges and the loss of my livelihood, I would want to make him pay for it. But yet, the players mentioned simply refuse to talk about it. I think the silence of these players indicates more about their guilt then Canseco's actual statements. Yes, I think Canseco is pond scum, but if his books help to get the truth out about these players, I hope he keeps right on doing them. And until one of these players takes him to court over it, I will believe that his statements are more truthful then any denials (like Palmeiro's) that may be given.

It would probably be for the best If Canseco just shut his mouth. And no, I don't blame A-rod for having no comment he does not what to get into this matter because of how relevant sterioids are in baseball right now especially with Barry Bonds trying to break the record. I do not believe that Canseco has anything on A-rod i really do not believe it. A-rod did the right thing by keeping quiet because he does not get into it. He does not even know yet what the allegations are so how can he deny them? Once Jose finally puts the opinions in public A-rod we most likely comment and state that they are not true because Jose Canseco is right behind Barry Bonds on my list of biggest jerks alive. he is putting A-rods name in the book because he knows how popular Alex is. He knows that people will actually read and buy his book if some big name players are in it. Jose needs these books to make money because he burned all the cash that he made as a player. I think Jose Canseco is a selfless jerk who wants money and has no other cares. Yes, he probably should just die.

Well he told the truth the first time, so I have a hard time calling him a liar, although his comments on Mcgwire and stuff was already common knowledge just by looking at him. Mcgwire looked like he was a steriods, I think A-rod looks normal so that may discredit him some this time. I hope Arod is not on the juice because I think he is a great player I just wish he did not play for the Yankees, because those fans treat him horribly and any other fans in baseball would appreciate his play.

he should die because he is exposing dirty players, that's not a very mature comment.
Sure he is a jerk, but if he is the only one to expose it than why not do it, not liike alot of people will dislike him more than they already do. I may be biased a bit because I don't like A-Rod at all, bu hey why not clean up a sport that he helped dirty, eventhough he is probably only doing it for one last shot at a little fame and lime light.

I am all for it as it's America and we have the right to prosper. By the same token the info Canseco publishes best be legit or he could have charges put against himself.
I could care less about the gossip of this one cheating...freaking soap opera garbage. Show me the dirt!

Canseco has been the only one who hasn't lied about steroids so far. Let's WAIT for the book before we condemn him. How do we know what he has on A-Rod? Besides, if he makes the claim and he hasn't lied yet, wouldn't you want to know? Wait.

I don't believe everything Jose says however I would bet much of it is true. If he was to make unsubstantiated claims that he could be sued for defamation of character. Jose is trying to make money so I doubt he would risk a lawsuit but maybe I'm wrong.

look the yankeefan says he has no credability. Need I remind you the people he called out in his previous book, none have filed suit against him so he must be teling the truth. If you want real info on steroids this is the guy to get it from, it's obvious he still has ties to the players. The public will get real info from him instead of promises from Selig and Mitchell.
