Judgement is the heart of hypocrisy. This is the most difficult category formal philosophy has NEVER dealt with. Consequently, the entire justice system of any westernized country operates on the precipice. This is why there is always a pretense of superiority surrounding a nation's justice system.

Look up parsimony and pyrrho for more info. They both will help you ascertain the nature and limitations of judgement.

In nature it is survival of the fittest and natural selection. Judgment is in actuality a validation of ones short comings.[Ego]. Generally the more judgmental someone is the more insecure they are which inspires the side affect of a large ego, boisterousness, and judgementallity. To better understand the ego study the four growth stages of Kabbalism, Yetzira being the judgmental stage. Understanding that you exist and being conscience that others exist but egotistically not acknowledging the importance of there existence. I hope this helps and GOD Bless your search.

Judgment - to discern or to use your power of differentiation in order to pinpoint whats right and whats wrong. Id say not judging something is the best way, but if you have to judge do it wisely....because if you turn out to be wrong - the blame is all on you!! thanks.
