Yes, which is rather silly because if you got flatttened by a bus your entire body would probably have been popped like a pimple and all your insides would be ripped to shreds and scattered all up and down the street, clinging to the underside of the bus and hanging from lamp posts on the side walk. There would be no way to even recognize your underwear, clean or with a week of skid marks.

Or words to that effect...in case you go to the hospital, are in an accident,,,etc...like your underwear is going to make a difference...you'll probably poop them anyway if you were hit by a bus!!!

No she just bought me underwear with the days of the week on them so I would be sure to wear a new pair everyday.

lol and i thought my mother was the only one.Yeah but she told me to put clean underwear on in case i get in a car accident.I think once you become a mom that thats automatically put in your brain

No, but mine always insisted I say goodbye to her before I left, just in case. My husband is the same way - always kisses me before he leaves.
