It is spelt Wiccan.
Wicca is now an internationally recognised religion.


Her characters have no basis in Wicca.
In Wicca you do not have wizards - women & men are both called Witches.

The stories (every one) incorporate Christmas and Easter Holidays-- something a Wiccan would never consider.

she isnt, she commented on the dateline interview that the books do have a religious underlie that deals with her, which is that she has to keep beleiving (as in the books they must keep believing in their cause). they do have easter and christmas in every book, so she is a christian
