I am thinking about getting my ear cartilage pierced at Claire's, about how much does the starter kit cost? (UK)

If you have sensitive ears, it can cost a lot, because you may need sterling silver or a more expensive metal, some upwards of sixty dollars. But, there's really no way to know until your ears are peirced.

The starter kit is starter earrings, which you leave in for six weeks. Depending on the earring you decide on, it could be ten or twenty dollars or it could be seventy for gold.

By the way, I don't mean to freak you out, but Claire's got the ear gun stuck in my ear. But they're fine now.

DONT DO IT

try and find a different place to pierce your ears!!

1. my second holes are off center
2. my friend had them pierced and the lady messed up the first time and then did it again now she has a slit in her ear(not a hole)
3. and my sisters friend and her went there and she got the gun stuck in her ear and the lady just ran away because she fainted

haha but if you do

probably about 60 in u.s

but uk not sure sorry

well good luck!!

it costs upwards of £12, as they don't use their cheap range for cartilage piercings

however - they also use guns to pierce, which are about the worst way of doing it. guns are unsterile, and cause more trauma to the ear due to forcing the post through the ear, which means they're more likely to get infected, and take longer to heal

if you want to get your ears pierced, cartilage especially, you should go to a professional piercer - they use needles, which are sharper than earring posts and therefore cause less trauma to the ears, and also are guaranteed to be sterile, unlike the gun. find a good one near you, and find out how much they cost

I would definitely not get my ears pierced there! They ripped my friend's ear open, it was really gross. My little sister says the same thing happened to one of her classmates, too.
But if you still want to, I think it's free, you just have to buy earrings, so I guess it depends on how much the earrings cost.

I wouldn't go to Claire's. I have heard from loads of my friends. They dont have a great choice of earrings. Theu dont clean your ears properly before you have them done. Also a few of mates have had ear infections from goig to Claire's.

Claire's pierces for free, as long as you buy the earrings.
