This is for all UFO believers. May I have your opinion?

It is alleged US astronauts ever encountered extraterresterials when they go to the moon. Some web sites also alleged the extraterresterials told the astronauts to get lost.

If this was the case, do you think the US can ever successfully establish a moon base and lay claim to it if extraterrestrials are already there?

What do you think will happen if they try to do so?

I don't believe it. Is my question so stupid that it is not worth answering?

They have to, there is more power there than in any place in the earth... check out Nasa development on taking the dust of the moon and making power with it.

Anything with power = USA come on you know that!

I don't know about aliens, but I'm surprised there has been so little interest in exploring the idea of a lunar base. The military may be keeping commercially based exploration on Earth. Right now, I think that Mars looks very promising for signs of intelligent life either visiting there or the site of an ancient civilization.
Anyway, any time anyone suggests something on the moon, I keep thinking of that old TV show: Space 1999!

Dopes. They should let people know the truth. The ET's do not claim the moon, just use it for a rest stop sometimes. It's quite possible that the Astronauts did encounter some but they are not talking. I happen to know differently though, so yeah they could have a base there someday--no biggie.

It was probably a couple of deadbeats from Orion. The moon doesn't belong to them though, they were just throwing their weight around.

I hope not. The US nor any other country appreciates what is already given.
