I think it will carry on for a while yet. Enough people still watch it, although i think it is actually getting worse. This years has been practically unwatchable.

I'll assume your talking about BB UK, if your not please ignore my answer entirely...
But the worst crisis BB faced was the dreadful Shilpa Shetti bullying incident, if a programme can survive that, it'll survive anything.
The producers this year have seemed very over cautious and that could be their downfall, they sent in five new housemates after Charley got evicted purely because they thought without Charley the show would get boring (and to be honest they were partially right) but they have detracted from the natural storyline of Ziggy and chanelle's dying romance, and her walk out.
Not sure where they go from here, but throwing in 5 new housemates 2 months into the series smacks of despite panic from the producers, who appear not to know what to do with the series anymore.
It might well be time to call it a day, not because of the contestants but because the powers that be are too quick to compromise the show.

Yes I think BB will carry on! I sure do hope so. It gives me something to look forward to 3 times a week during the summer nights.

I hope it lasts a long time because it is my guilty summer pleasure. Of course it could be on 20 years and some people won't learn to change the channel, answer other questions and quit criticizing something that has no affect on their personal life (if they have one).

I think Big Brother will have a few more seasons,just like Survivor.

Yeah there will be! While it's still profitable they'll keep doing it! I heard a few years ago C4 had signed a contract with Endemol the production company for another 8 years or something. (That was a few years ago).

BB is going on to 2010! The final one is supposed to be all the winners in the house with a prize of one million!

I think it needs a break. We have it every summer with the celeb one in between and I think its too much. They should make it every other year or something. I want tob look back and remember how great it was, because it was for a good few years. I dont want to look back and think God they did that programme to death and it went really rubbish.

I agree with you I like that show now survivor is getting really bad I don't even watch it anymore but BB does rock!

Endermol and C4 have a fight on their hands to keep it as their contract is running out and ITV have expressed an interest in getting it so yes I think it will continue!
