a friend of mine has had a positive blood HCG test for pregnancy and a positive urine test result aswell and she has recently had a negative blood test... she is displaying all the early pregnancy symptoms and she knows she is pregnant as she can feel it... she also has endometriosis and Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease and she was asking if they can affect a pregnancy result, yet a person can still be pregnant? she is not on any medications that can effect result outcomes...

No, neither endometriosis or polycystic ovarian syndrome will affect the results of a pregnacy test.

Sometimes people who want to be pregnant really bad develop symptoms of pseudo pregnancy. Her body BELIEVES it is pregnant. Some people just get false readings on urine and HCG tests. The blood test says it all, and she should go by that.
