If it makes me feel good or if it makes me Feel bad...........
in the past I was in denial about certain feelings but now I am not...I go with my feelings and emotions simply said and if the feeling is negative or bad I look for another feeling that is positive to change that feeling and emotion created in my life to something that is working and I feel that Bliss and Well being feeling that I want created in my life.........it seems to be working just in the past few weeks :))))

This is an excellent question Irish.
The way I feel about the sound of another person's laughter is an indicator of how I feel about that person. Think about that. when you really love someone; don't you just feel their laughter inside your own heart? It almost is as if it opens your heart up. When I hear one of my children laugh, my heart glows.
