if i get a blue lobster to put in my fish tank but no fish wot wud i need?

These are really just crayfish. All you would need is a cave or some rocks piled up where they can hide, some gravel for the bottom, and some sinking food. They can eat the same pellets that fish eat, plus they also like frozen bloodworms.

I would also get an airstone or filter if you don't have one already, and a cover for the tank. Crayfish are very good at climbing up airline tubing and power cords and escaping from the tank. As long as their gills stay moist, they'll stay alive. I've found former escapees more than an hour after the escape and they were still alive.

They do need to have some calcium to make their exoskeleton for when they molt, so add a seashell, or liquid calcium supplement once in a while unless your water already has a high hardness/pH.

They should eat aquatic plants and small fish. But I don't own any blue lobsters so I wouldn't know for sure.
