For me it's sore throat. I don't get the major headaches and stomach aches like some people claim to get.

Sore throat the kind of one you get.. when you eat to much bread for about 30 seconds you cant breath properly and you feel like your about to die.
EDIT: I just put my head down and up quickly and I coincidentally had a the side of my neck muscle go really tense, for a second. WEIRD!
