judis.nic.in gives you free of charge SC and HC judgments.

http://supremecourtcaselaw.com/ gives you free Headnotes of SC cases but you have to pay for the full text, however you can get the full text from judis after you read the head notes on sccl.

we cannot refer the cases pending before courts thru website.. however we can get the status of pending list of cases thru http://www.courtnic.nic.in
