Sounds like a UTI. The cranberry juice will help, but with any infection, you need antibiotics, go see your doctor.
FYI: Pregnant women pee a lot when they are 7-9 months because of the weight of the baby on the bladder.

Always wanting to pee is no sign that you are pregnant.
I would gather that it has more to do with your liquid intake than anything else.
As a guy I know that if I go to the pub and drink beer after about one and a bit glasses of beer I have an urge to go to the bathroom this is because my bladder can only hold so much liquid before my body must expel some of it. So it is only natural that as you top up your bladder your body will want to empty it.
This same sensation can be brought on by cool temperatures or potentially and I say this very potentially you may be a candidate for diabetes.this is not meant to scare you but more as a case of information.
I hope this has been helpful for you.
You know if all else fails you can always go and see your health professional. They don't bite you know.

Sounds to me like an infection in the kidney on the side that aches. The pain is an inflammation for some reason - infections being a common reason. Since you can't do much about it on your own, it sounds like a trip to the doc is in order to review your symptoms, a likely urine test for bacterial cultures, an anti-biotic if positive for the culture, and if things don't improve in ten days or so a trip to the Urologist.
Drinking fluids, including juices is a good idea, but will unlikely get rid of the pain. Stop drinking that soda-pop... that will never help.
---------------------------------------------
I don't think the possibility of pregnancy has anythng to do with the feeling of wanting to pee, just coincidental to the kidney problem.

This still sounds like a urinary tract infection. Sometimes the infection can be there and not show up on cultures. I've had it happen a few times. I would recommend getting another opinion preferably from a doctor that does not share the same office of the one you currently see.

Get a routine chemical & microscopic exam of urine to R/O UTI. For me, coffee is like fluid pill. So, you may cut coffee & soft drinks & check. If nothing works, get a check up by your doc.
Good luck!

You should be examined and a urine culture done to determine if you have a bladder infection.
If this patten continues, and your urine culture does not have bacteria present, talk to your Dr. about interstitial cystitis. J

It could just be your mind psyching you out. If you're drinking more than you normally do, that'll obviously make you urinate more. But you could also have a urinary tract infection.

This is due to either a reaction or urinary track infection.
