Absolutely. Some shape faces and body types look better with a little pixie type cut. Halle Berry is a good example. She looks weighed down by a lot of hair. To be honest, I do feel more women look nicer in longer hair ( past the shoulders at least ) than shorter hair... though trends ebb and flow.
Mine is mid back currently. Just had 17 inches cut off. ( locks of love )

Sure they can, actually some suit short hair better than long.
I myself have long hair but is so hard to maintain.
I'm letting it grow real long for my hubby as he loves long hair on a lady. My 5 year old had long hair way pass her butt and about 3 months back she sniped the braid off!!!! I just about had a heart attack :(

I don't think it matters. A person, the girl, anyone can be attractive with long hair, short hair, spiked hair, no hair, I think it just depends on the person

Depends on the style... I'm not too big for the short spiky hair, it makes some women look really strange. But if they like it, go for it.
I think shoulder length hair and long hair are really cute on girls though.

Hair can be attractive in any way you want
Even my friend,her hair attracts me the most even though it's not a long hair...

I look good with my hair long or short... but not too short. If I go too short, it looks like I visited a witch doctor and had my head shrunk. LOL

If they have the right shape of face and eyes, yes. Usually girls with chubbier faces & round eyes look terrible with short hair. But girls with a skinnier face and more oval shaped eyes look cute with short hair. It all depends on the person i guess..
