I saw this question right after I realized but it was closed. Miley(Destiny)was born in 1992, her parents married in 1993. They could have had her before they were married, but it makes sence that her mom died when she was a baby.
This would also explain why her younger sibs are half-sibs.
On her show her mom died when she was much older.
She hasn't talked about it, and shouldn't have to, her mom is her mom either way, having been her mom almost all her life if not all. Just don't know which fan sites are correct. I was looking up something and saw conflicting information on that.

K just looked, she was born late November, he was married late December the next year, when she was 13 months old. Still possible, just probably adds to rumors both ways. On his info it says he has 2 kids with his current wife. Miley has 2 younger siblings sometimes refered to as half siblings.
I mostly just feel bad for her, either way this would be a hard rumor. She's a star I know, but still a kid too.

Yes, Miley Cyrus' mom is still alive. Her name is Leticia "Tish" Cyrus. On then show Hannah Montana, her mom died when miley was only 9 or 10. But she still comes back in her dreams.

you can also see the resemblance of the face. theyre eyes look similar. her moms name is leticia cyrus. or tish cyrus.
