Marley is right, it's Scent of a Woman. Only the kid with him is Chris O'Donnell, not Brendan Fraser. Love that movie

It's definitely "Scent of a Woman." That's where he's blind and a college kid (Brendan Fraser) takes him out on the town. He says "whoohah" a lot in that movie, especially when he meets the woman.
