All the laws are useless unless they are enforced.
There is no law requiring public business to have rest rooms, so where does a person in need go ? Anyplace they can.

There is a law against smoking in public here, except for "designated areas". No designated area ? I'll light up where I please.

No law enforcement on jaywalking, so traffic downtown is snarled in spite of millions of pesos spent for skywalks. No laws on vagrancy is enforced so the etah's and other vagrants occupy the skywalks and do everything from use it as a toilet to a public hideaway.

Gotta love it here. Do as you damm well please.

Well it has been deemed to be against the law, but people still do it. I don't have a problem with it. I won't do it, but if others do it, and face away from the road, as I've seen them do many times before, then I can live with it. Of course with the ladies, I usually only see the older ones with the dresses, squatting.
Just stay away from the strawberry fields in Bagiuo. They have a sign posted that "No urination is allowed"
How do you like your strawberries?

I think we should ditch this habit... we'd better use Chairman Fernando's Pink Urinals even if it is SOOOOOO stinky; at least it's the right thing...

Against the law. Be it on the wall, tree trunk, fence of your neighbor, tire of the car or meralco post. Not anything in public.

BOTH , Urinating on the wall can also be treated as vandalism , wall because the wall may corrode easily because of the acidity and liquid contents of the urine , but we cant blame others who treat walls as their toilet because of the lack of restrooms and public toilets that should be taken action by the government and lower officials.

[sorry for the wrong grammar]
