The longest MLB game by innings was on 01-May-1920, between the Brooklyn Robins (Dodgers) and Boston Braves, which ended in a 1-1 tie. Starting pitchers Leon Cadore and Joe Oeschger both had complete games.

most runs 36 by the chicago colts against the louisville colonels on June 29, 1897.
most innings played 25 by the chicago white sox and milwaukee brewers, which spanned just over 8 hours which occurred on May 9th, 1984.
about the triple A game wade boggs played in it too.

not sure about the runs but i do know in triple AAA pawtucket red sox and rochester red wings played 33 innings and cal ripken jr. the great played in it in 1981
