A cover by Lou Reed appeared in both the film and on the soundtrack to Lost Highway. The punk band, the Misfits covered This Magic Moment for their album Project 1950, an album of all classic songs that inspired the band from the 1950's and 1960's.

Hey ...Pretty cool song. I love to sing this one at karaoke...I always look for Jay and the Americans version. I think it is the best by far!!!
