I believe so.
But with the provisos that your happiness doesn't come at anyone elses expense and this can be quite hard to be sure about. ie buying that new LCD tv that makes you happy but then causes suffering in others due to low wages in its production and environmental damage.
So the answer really is finding happiness in the simple things in life. Besides happiness in material possessions wains very quickly as we have all experienced.
So its happiness in the sunshine, being with loved ones, sitting on a river bank thinking about nothing :)

No, it's not. I like Dr T Learys definition of the meaning of life (all life) given in his off the wall trip of a book 'A guide to the use of the nervouse system according to the manufacturers'. This was to S.M.I(2)L.E. Which stands for Space Migration, Intelligence Increase, Life Extention. Or to put another way, move, be aware of your surroundings and extend life by reproducing.

I would argue that happiness is found when your life becomes more meaningful to you, which can only happen when you set goals and accomplishments for you to achieve, and share your life/goals with others.
Stop reflecting on what has not happened or what is not...and start focusing on what you want to happen and what resources/things you need in order to accomplish your goals, dreams, and desires.
Then your life will be much more fullfulling, have more meaning, and as a result bring you happiness.

Yes!
For surely is. But it's not being happy, that is the point of that. It has to do with the road to happiness, to be happy you have to accept your life the way it is, and accepting is asking no more questions. Then you are calm and free to be happy. To a degree and metaphorically of course.

NO. i very strongly believe that the meaning of life is balance - a balance of good and bad, of right and wrong, and of whatever else you can think of! something like the yin-yang concept ... i think that to truly live, you need to experience life's most wonderful joys and its greatest sorrows; the gravest of difficulties along with the best of blessings. i think that experiencing everything life has to offer - the negative and the positive - and making the most of each experience, is the true meaning of life.

There is no meaning of life. A single person's meaning of life is what they want it to be.
