You'll love this, I developed it after a simple recipe the doctor gave us.

1 can kernel corn
1 Can Black Beans, washed
1 Can (large) tomatoes, diced w/green chili peppers, mild)
1 Half large onion chopped course.
1 cup pasta of your choice, I like the shells.
1 Mix with 1 small bottle Kraft Italian zesty salad dressing.
Chill and serve

I'm a 'breakfast all day' kind of guy. (OK, so I'm a little strange ;-) ). But, I've got to tell you, there is nothing like a nice plate of French Toast with butter and maple syrup to fill your little tummy.
If you don't know how to make them, let me know and I'll walk you through it. All you need is eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar, bread, butter and, of course, maple syrup.

Peace,

Buzzy
