Option 1
Walk to Canning Town DLR station (9 minutes), catch the DLR to Tower Gateway (15 minutes), walk to Alie Street (10 minutes). Total = 34 minutes
Option 2
Walk to Canning Town underground (9 minutes), catch the Jubilee line to West Ham (3 minutes), change to District Line to Aldgate East (13 minutes) walk to Alie Street (7 minutes). Total = 37 minutes

From Canning Town to Aldgate : Departure Station: Canning Town (zone: 3)
Destination Station: Aldgate (zone: 1)
Canning Town (Jubilee Line: Eastbound to Stratford)
West Ham
Stratford (Change for Central Line: Westbound to Ealing Broadway or West Ruislip)

Bethnal Green
Liverpool Street (Change for Circle or Metropolitan Line: Clockwise)
