im new to london and need to get from my hotel at Silvertown to an office on Alie Street. what is the best way and how long should it take me?

Option 1
Walk to Canning Town DLR station (9 minutes), catch the DLR to Tower Gateway (15 minutes), walk to Alie Street (10 minutes). Total = 34 minutes

Option 2
Walk to Canning Town underground (9 minutes), catch the Jubilee line to West Ham (3 minutes), change to District Line to Aldgate East (13 minutes) walk to Alie Street (7 minutes). Total = 37 minutes

Destination Station: Aldgate (zone: 1)
Canning Town (Jubilee Line: Eastbound to Stratford)

Stratford (Change for Central Line: Westbound to Ealing Broadway or West Ruislip)
