I say both..they both have their good and bads.
Cancer:
Bad: To over sensitive(I know a guy that cried because he mucked up some dancing moves.lol) and can change their moods real quickly.. one moment he seems
real
happy and joyfull, and the next, he seems all sad and depressed.
Good: he can be
a real softy and open up his feelings real easily.that's real great!
Taurus:
Bad: He can be really annoying and stubborn sometimes
Good: He always tells the truth(most of the time.lol) ,loyal and honest

It is very difficult for a taurus man to cheat. he is so practical that every decision he makes, he weighs them at least a dozen times before reaching a conclusion. The reason your Taurus bf is still hung up on his scorpio ex, is because a scorpio is a sign that can really make things either smooth or rough for an individual. And since taurus and scorpio do match up in quite a few areas, it becomes difficult to get over it once the relationship is over. Plus a taurus man or whether a taurus female never forgets even the smallest of things and forgetting everything about an old relationship and moving on is never an easy task for them. But they will be committed in any relationship once they are part of it.

EEK...well ,i'm pisces and from personal experience..all the taurus guys that i dated were insanely boring..sorry all taurus males..(i get along great with taurus girls though) But anyways, the taurus guys i knew were a bit too boring for me- and i realized they had a pattern of liking girls who were just pretty faces. Both cancer and taurus are nice guys,however, i found that cancers were really exciting and their moody, ever changing personality was really exciting as i tend to go for more stable guys aka taurus (stable but boring).
So, yeah..cancers are HOT! they're exciting, smart, funny, affectionate and modestly sexy..cancer guys are better

the cancer man is rather sensitive and a bit over bearing sometimes..can be a bit morbid..and quiet...but have the ability to love deeply.. the taurus male is ..a know all...usualy knows everyones...hard working and provides well...and a more rough and tumble attitude..and not so emotional...

They just tell you the qualities of a person. To add a positive or a negative to them is your own sweet will.
Had every one looked for the same qualities/characteristics in a perosn, only one guy and one girl could have gotten married. The rest of them would be running after them.
